Preparation pertaining to starting equipment:

1 . Examine crude oil, and examine acid value and coloration, oil press machine， if you have laboratory, please undertake sample test.

2 . Link up cooling water

3. Create bleaching clay, caustic soda(NaOH) and coal;

4. Attach electric power.

5. Check no matter whether vacuum pump, air refrigerator, filter and heat leasing oil pump are so.

6. When changing heat location oil, must heat it for some hours about 98℃. If you experience no steam to discharge from head tank, it has ok to heat them to 280℃ slowly.
